Still Showing Up

Hey,

As I shared last week, the goal is to rebuild momentum—and I’m still at it.

One thing I’ve noticed since trying to get back on track is how important it is to have some kind of structure.

Especially after you’ve fallen off. It doesn’t need to be strict or complicated, but simply setting a time slot for what I need to do has changed the way I show up.

Having that plan—even if it’s just “I’ll write for 30 mins on Friday”—removes the mental back-and-forth and helps me follow through.

It’s something I’m learning to lean into again.
Nothing fancy, just being intentional.

If you’ve been trying to find your rhythm too, maybe start there.

Pick a time. Show up for it. And keep showing up.

With you,
Uthman
